Organizers change parking location for BMW Championship Golf Tournament

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Organizers of the “Pro-AM” BMW Championship Golf Tournament are moving the public parking to an entirely different county due to weather on Thursday and Friday.

Spectator parking has been relocated to 2500 South High School Road in Indianapolis.

The site is of the former Indianapolis Airport terminal building near Interstate 465 and Sam Jones Expressway.

According to a release, there will be complimentary shuttles provided from the former airport property to the main entrance at Crooked Stick Golf Club in Carmel.

The following lots remain unchanged:

  • C Lot
  • D Lot
  • H Lot
  • V Lot
  • BMW Owners Parking

The following is the full schedule of the spectator parking locations:

  • Wednesday, Sept. 7 – 2300 West 146th Street in Westfield
  • Thursday, Sept. 8 – 2500 South High School Road in Indianapolis
  • Friday, Sept. 9 – 2500 South High School Road in Indianapolis
  • Saturday, Sept. 10 – 11815 North Pennsylvania Street in Carmel
  • Sunday, Sept. 11 – 11815 North Pennsylvania Street in Carmel

For those who arrive using Uber, Lyft, taxi, limo or other forms of transportation, please go to 10910 Greenbrier Road in Carmel. You will have a short walk to the main entrance.

Gates open Thursday and Friday at 9 a.m.
