Visioning Project aims to bring about ideas, improve the Hoosier state

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – As Indiana celebrates its bicentennial by reflecting upon Hoosier history, another group is already looking forward.

The Visioning Project’s goal was to bring thought-provoking leaders who could come up with ideas to improve and better Indiana in the years to come.

Approximately 115 citizens attended the thirteen visioning sessions. The sessions focused on a number of subjects including health and welfare, public safety and the economy.

The sessions were held in different cities around the state and the ideas that were thought up during those sessions were released during a ceremony Wednesday.
