Toby Willis of TLC’s ‘Willis Family’ extradited to Tenn. after child rape charge

CHEATHAM COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) Toby Willis of TLCs reality show “The Willis Family” has been transported to Cheatham County jail from Kentucky.

Willis, 46, was taken into custody Friday in connection to an ongoing and active child rape case.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) started investigating Willis on Aug. 29. Agents reportedly obtained information showing he had a sexual encounter with an underage girl 12 years ago.

The TBI said they located Willis, who is from Ashland City, Tennessee, in Greenville, Kentucky, after he reportedly traveled to the state to avoid authorities.

Willis was held in the Muhlenberg County jail without bond on a fugitive from justice warrant before he was transported to Cheatham County jail.
