Prosecutors release plea agreement for former aide accused of having sex with students
GREENFIELD, Ind. (WISH) – Details of a plea agreement for a former Mt. Vernon school employee charged with child seduction has been released.
According to 24-Hour News’s partner, The Greenfield Reporter, Kisha Nuckols will plead guilty to one count of child seduction and will serve no more than two years of a four-year sentence if the agreement is approved by a judge.
If approved, Nuckols will spend the time remaining for her sentence on probation.
She had faced the following:
- Three counts of child seduction
- One count of dissemination of material harmful to minors
As part of the agreement, those charges will be dropped.
Nuckols could either serve two years in a low-security security program or in prison.
Her sentencing hearing is Monday, Sept. 19.
