The uninsured rate continues to fall in Indiana

(WISH) – The uninsured rate continues to fall in Indiana.

The number of Hoosiers without health insurance fell 30 percent after major elements of the Affordable Care Act went into effect.

Federal Data said 9.6 percent of state residents are still without health insurance.

The improved economy likely contributed to the drop in the uninsured rate.
