Street Style Looks

We take fashion cues from New York this morning, without having to make the trip! Jen Russell of Jen Daisy Boutique shows us some trendy street style looks, perfect for fall!

Look 1: Melia is wearing a long Duster Cardigan which is the new cardigan of 2016 fall styles. We paired it with a lace top and dark wash jeans. We added a bold statement necklaces and heels for a fun, flirty comfort look seen a lot on the streets of New York. It’s a new way to style your favorite jeans.

Look 2: Alyssa is wearing a small floral mock neck mini Dress. Short mini dresses with a small print paired with high heels is a great fashion forward look seen a lot this week for New York Fashion Week. What I love this year for fall is all of the brighter pastel colors you will see in prints.

Look 3: Kathy: Vests and Plaid are a great combination. We are seeing plaid brought into more styles this year and I love this chic look of the warm tones of fall in a vest. We paired it over a long sleeve tee in Olive another hot color for fall then added a darker pant for a more polished New York look.

Look 4: Brandi: Brandi’s look is one we call Rocker Chic. Through the blogs I follow and Fashion Magazines I saw a lot of the pleather look paired with cute tunics and dresses. We paired Brandi’s pleather leggings with a Burgundy mini Dress and then added arm candy and necklaces for a fun, flirty layered look.

Look 5: Caroline: For Caroline’s look it was taken from a street style blogger I follow who lives in NY. This is a look of a picture they took on the streets of NY. We took a very distressed Jean and paired the jeans with a basic tee and added a plaid top. What I love about this plaid top is the ruffle and the pop of color when you roll up the sleeve a little. Then we added a scarf around the neck wrapped which is another hot trend this fall.
