Indy gym featured in Men’s Health magazine

INDIANAPOLIS Ind. (WISH) – The owner of a gym on the northeast side will be featured in the latest issue of Men’s Health.

IFAST owner Bill Hartman says his facility is consistently ranked one of the top 10 gyms in the country — and for good reason. His crew helps everyone from professional athletes to teachers get back on their feet and in the best health. In October, this well-known gym and its owner will be featured in the Men’s Health magazine.

The gym is located just off 96th Street in a relatively small store front. IFAST uses techniques that are attracting attention from the UK, Germany, Bulgaria, Australia and Japan. But Hartman says what makes IFAST so unique is its individualized style. The trainers there are able to diagnose problems big and small then tailor specific fitness programs for that person helping with everything from rehab to fitness. That approach has created a reputation across the country as being one of the best, despite not being as big as some other franchises.

“We have four guys that work in the NBA and three guys in the MLB they started here, and so the information and education that they gained here is allowing them to stand out,” Hartman said.

Hartman, who is featured in the magazine article, regularly speaks across the world about his program and his fitness philosophy. IFAST is also looking for an expansion in the near future, either in its current space or in additional space.
