He faces 11 charges, including battery on a public safety officer and auto theft.

Vigo County Sheriff Greg Ewing said Tryon was located and arrested because of a warrant.

Ewing said on Friday Tryon was put in the back of a police car, but somehow made it to the front of the car and drove off.

Sheriff Ewing said thanks to GPS on the cruiser, the car was easy to locate.

Tryon’s bond is set for $50,000.

His trial date is set for February 28th.
