Olympic silver medalist Raj Ram and Andy Roddick team up for charity

CARMEL, Ind. (WISH) – Current Carmel resident and 2016 silver medalist Rajeev Ram is giving back to the community.

Ram hosted his annual “Entouraj” for kids with hopes of raising money for college scholarships and tennis programs.

The event took place this past weekend at the Five Seasons Sport Club in Carmel.

Andy Roddick was on hand to support Ram. The former number one tennis player in the world came to town for this event. Ram is coming off winning a silver medal for mixed doubles with Venus Williams in the Olympics.

Both Roddick and Ram said their tennis success makes giving back to the community that much more important.
