Ferrara Candy recalling Brach’s Almond Supremes

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – There’s a candy recall in Indiana, and in other business headlines congress wants answers from the chief of Wells Fargo today.

Brach’s five ounce Almond Supremes with the use by date of April 22, 2017 is being recalled. The Almond Supremes packages may include Brach’s bridge mix, a product that contains peanuts and wheat. In other businesses headlines, the head of Wells Fargo heads to Capitol Hill Tuesday to face a grilling.

Portions of CEO John Stumpf’s prepared testimony is already out. In it he says he is “deeply sorry” for selling customer’s unauthorized bank accounts and credit cards and that he takes “full responsibility” for the unethical activity.

Some shareholders and customers are calling for him to be fired.
