Missing kayaker from Putnam County found dead
PUTNAM COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) — A man who went missing while kayaking on Big Walnut Creek has been found dead.
27-year-old Robert Sims of Fillmore was found Thursday morning.
Indiana Conservation Officers found his body about 3/4 of a mile from where he was last seen on Saturday night.
No foul play is suspected.
A preliminary autopsy report said Sims died an accidental death consistent with drowning.
