INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The third time was the charm for the Indianapolis Colts
After dropping their first two games of the season, the Colts defeated the San Diego Chargers 26-22 to get their first win of the year.
The win comes after after dropping their first two games to the Detroit Lions and the Denver Broncos.
Contrary to the two previous games against the Lions and Broncos, the Colts jumped out to a quick lead. However, thanks in large part to a fumble returned for a touchdown late in the first half, the Chargers managed to tie up the Colts at halftime, 13-13.
In the second half, the Colts fell behind but a late game touchdown pass from Andrew Luck to T.Y. Hilton gave the Colts the win.
Next week the Colts hop across the pond as they travel to London to take on AFC South division foe, the Jacksonville Jaguars.
