Local nonprofit gives family handicap-accessible van

FISHERS,Ind. (WISH) – A local non-for-profit helped a Fishers family Sunday in a big way.

The Muscular Dystrophy Family Foundation gave a handicap-accessible ramp van to the family of 16-year-old Aaron Hodge.

Hodge is a junior at Hamilton Southeastern High School.

The foundation plans to give on of the vans to an Indiana family affected by Muscular Dystrophy every year for the next several years.

The van is funded by donations to the foundation.
