Trial date set for woman accused of holding another woman captive
TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) – A trial date has been set for a woman accused of holding another woman captive.
Alivia Starr’s trial date has been set for March 6.
Her charges include rape, criminal confinement and robbery while armed with a deadly weapon. The alleged incident happened at a Second Avenue home in August of 2015.
The victim told police she thought she was meeting a male friend there. But, when she got there, she said she was jumped by Starr.
The victim managed to escape around 24-hours later.
