INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The James Whitcomb Riley Museum Home will be honoring the 100th anniversary of Jame Whitcomb Riley’s dead and his birthday.

October 7 would have been Riley’s 167-years-old, and 2016 marks the 100th anniversary of his death.

The museum will be honoring both milestones as well as his legacy.

The event will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Riley’s gravesite on top of Crown Hill at Crown Hill Cemetery.
