Man set to plead guilty in fatal 2015 Christmas Eve street racing crash

MARION COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) – A man charged in illegal street racing crash that killed three people on Christmas Eve in 2015 is set to plead guilty Monday.

Connor Tomlinson will be in court for a change of plea hearing. That’s because last week prosecutors said Tomlinson agreed to a plea deal.

He would serve 14 years on three counts of reckless homicide.

Prosecutors said that includes five years in prison, three years on home detention and six years of probation.

On Christmas Eve, authorities said Tomlinson lost control on East Street near I-465, crashing into another vehicle. Two women and a child inside that second vehicle died.
