WISH photojournalist gets hit on TD catch Sunday

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) —  A WISH-TV photojournalist got a little too involved in the Colts’ win Sunday over Chicago.

In the second quarter, the Bears scored a touchdown when quarterback Brian Hoyer found Cameron Meredith in the corner of the end zone. After the catch, the Chicago receiver slid to the ground and ran into photojournalist Randy Spieth.

Spieth and Meredith were both okay, but several other WISH-TV employees quickly sent text messages to their colleague to make sure after seeing the play on the television broadcast.

Meredith can be seen waving to the camera after the catch and his slide into Spieth.
