Did you know? Tomorrow is National Farmer’s Day……… so let’s celebrate with Peterson’s Restaurant, Executive Chef Dave Foegley and Bartender Kyle Fromke! On the menu? Pan Seared, Herb Dusted served with Crisped Sweet Potato Polenta, Honey Crisp Apples, Grilled Bacon, Drizzled with Maple Syrup Port Wine Sauce. To wash it down? The award-winning cocktail called the Northside Roundabout, which won “Category” and “Best of Show” at the Devour Northside cocktail contest.

FEATURE DRINK DESCRIPTION 1.5 oz Elijah Craig Bourbon, .50 oz Cointreau Triple Sec, .75 oz Black Tea Syrup, .50 oz Fresh Lemon Juice, Dash Molasses Bitters, Lemon Slice Garnish.
Muddle lemon, syrup and bitters. Add bourbon and liqueur and shake well. Pour over ice and garnish with lemon slice.
