Colts fans asked to donate their old cell phones for Domestic Violence Awareness Month

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Colts fans will have the opportunity to donate their old cell phones for charity this Sunday before the game.

The collection will be sponsored by Hopeline from Verizon and will accept phones, chargers and batteries in any condition from any carrier to help Hoosier non-profits.

The proceeds from the collection will help benefit the Coburn Place Safe Haven.

Over $70,000 has already been raised this year to help domestic violence organizations in Indiana.

The collection will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m at Lucas Oil Stadium.
