Students, teachers pledging to help reduce gun violence, drugs

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Over 100 students and teachers at an Indianapolis school will take a pledge to help reduce gun violence on Monday.

The pledge will happen at an assembly at Thomas D Gregg Elementary School at 10 a.m.

Marion County Judge Goeffrey Gaither will administer the pledge.

Students will sign a banner saying they will do their part of cut down on gun violence and drugs. The banner will then go up in the school’s lobby.
