Children’s Museum of Indy celebrating National Adoption Month
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Indiana is kicking off its National Adoption Month at the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis.
Indiana Adoption Program said Thursday will be the first of more than 25 celebrations across the state to raise awareness for adoption programs for children.
Thursday’s kickoff celebration is at 4 p.m.
Representatives will be there from the Department of Child Services, as well as several adoption organizations.
The event is free and open to the public.
