7 IFD stations hold open houses Saturday
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Indianapolis Fire Department is opening its doors to the public as part of a city wide neighborhood open house Saturday.
Seven IFD stations will be open from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
You can meet firefighters, tour the station and get information and tips on things like 911 calls and winter safety.
It’s part of a series of open houses planned to engage the community.
The following stations are participating Saturday:
- Station 3 – 1136 Prospect
- Station 12 – 2151 Kessler Blvd W Dr
- Station 19 – 1003 S White River Pkwy W Dr
- Station 25 – 17 S Sheridan
- Station 26 – 7447 S Meridian St
- Station 32 – 6330 Guilford Ave
- Station 43 – 7604 E 10th St
