Area residents wait to vote early with days until Election Day

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Election Day is just days away. A number of Hoosiers have taken advantage of early voting.

With just three days until the big day, several Marion County residents waited in a line that wrapped around the City-County Building to make their voices heard.

In Marion County, more than 4,000 people cast their ballot early on Saturday. Some of those in line told 24-Hour News 8 the line was not as bad as what it appeared.

In Fishers several anticipated having to wait several hours before casting their ballot.

Early voting in Marion County ends Monday Nov. 7 at noon.
