Indiana candidates busy on final full day of campaign

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Election Day is so close, and candidates will be out Monday talking to voters one last time. Some of the most well-known candidates in the highly contentious races will be making one final push for votes as they crisscross around the state.

Gubernatorial candidates John Gregg and Eric Holcomb each have a busy schedule on the final day of early voting.

Holcomb and his running mate, Suzanne Crouch, will be in different ends of the state.

Holcomb will be in Fort Wayne for breakfast and end his day in Indianapolis. Crouch will start in Vincennes and end up around Jeffersonville by the afternoon. John Gregg will also start in Fort Wayne to thank members of his campaign staff. He’ll wrap up the day in Evansville.

Ninth congressional district candidate Shelli Yoder will be hitting as many of her district’s 13 counties as possible. Her Monday planner says she’ll be heading to Bloomington, Nashville, Seymour, Salem and Bedford.

Hollingsworh has not released his election eve schedule.

In the race for U.S. senator, Evan Bayh was in Marion Country Sunday, standing in line and shaking hands with early voters.
