Pence returns to Indiana Thursday

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Vice President-elect Gov. Mike Pence will return to Indiana on Thursday.

The Indiana Republican Party will host a welcome home rally for Pence at the International Airport building. Doors open at 3:30 p.m. and the rally will start at 5:30 p.m. The International Airport building is located at 6921 Pierson Drive in Indianapolis.

Meanwhile, others are organizing a protest against President-elect Donald Trump and Pence. According to a Facebook event, the protest will be on Saturday evening at the Indiana Statehouse. At least 1,000 people have said they will be there. You can learn more about the protest here.
