INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A mega health care merger, involving an Indianapolis company goes to court Monday.
The trial to try and to stop the merger between Anthem and Cigna begins Monday.
The government sued to stop the $48 billion deal, saying they will hurt competition and ultimately the consumer will pay more.
Anthem defends the deal, promising it will produce notable consumer benefits without hurting competition.
