Chef Carl features the Latin American flavors of CRG’s newest restaurant, Livery

Latin flavor and flair! That’s the idea behind the week-old new restaurant, Livery. Chef Carl Chambers and Bartenders Joe and Dimitri share a few recipes and mix up some cocktails!

About Livery:

Livery features flavors of the Latin American culture both in food and drink. It’s all about Tequila and Livery offers everything from margaritas, to cervasas and vinos. The new restaurant brings Latin flair and flavors to Mass Ave. dining, in a restored 1890’s building that once stabled horses. The two-story, casual gathering place boasts rooftop seating under the stars.

Developed by Zink Architecture, the property at 720 North College Ave., was given a new lease on life when Cunningham Restaurant Group (CRG) selected it as the site of its latest restaurant venture.

Livery gives a nod to both the building’s heritage and Mass Ave’s art culture by displaying a decorative mural. Designed by Olson Paint Studios, the fanciful mural graces one entire side of the newly refurbished building.

Each of Livery’s two levels sports a fully stocked bar with top-shelf spirits, wine, and beer. The menu will feature empanadas, ensaladas, ceviche, asado (barbequed roast meats), and other flavorful Latin dishes. Every dish will be carefully constructed with the freshest ingredients.

Livery is located next to Mesh, a sister-restaurant featuring innovative, upscale dining experiences. CRG is known for developing a variety of restaurants, each with its own distinctive character and dining experience. Livery is the company’s first venture into Latin-influenced cuisine.

Indianapolis-based Cunningham Restaurant Group owns and operates 20 restaurants in Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky, including: BRU Burger Bar, Mesh, Stone Creek Dining Company, Boulder Creek Dining Company, Charbonos, Union 50, Moerlein Lager House, Café 251, Vida, and Livery, its newest offering.
