Search warrant leads to arrest, confiscation of guns and drugs

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – One person has been arrested after police carried out a search warrant.

According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, 39-year-old Antron Williams is in custody after officers secured and then executed a search warrant for a residence in the 4800 block of East 21st Street.

During their search of the residence on Dec. 2, Xanax, more than five grams of cocaine, $255 in cash, three vehicles and two guns were seized. Williams was also taken into custody during their investigation.

Williams faces a number of preliminary charges including dealing in cocaine, possession of cocaine and possession of a firearm as a serious violent felon.
