INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A man has been charged in the March 2016 murder of a Ben Davis student.
William Mosley, 20, faces murder charges in the death of Renia Woods.
Woods, an 18-year-old honor roll student, was found dead next to a dumpster at 14th Street and North Campbell Avenue. A man collecting trash discovered her body.
Woods’ cause of death was ruled asphyxia due to manual strangulation.
DNA profiles and cell phone records led investigators to charge Mosley.
Mosley also faces charges in Hancock County on motor vehicle theft charges.
