Court rules NCAA athletes shouldn’t be paid

(WISH) – NCAA athletes shouldn’t be paid, according to a court, and Ball State University has a new program for aspiring entrepreneurs.

A court said NCAA athletes are not employees and are not entitled to minimum wage.

The athletes argued they spend so much time and bring money into their universities and should be compensated.

The court disagreed, saying college sports shouldn’t be considered someone’s livelihood.
