AT&T customers might be entitled to refund

(WISH) – The federal and state regulators say, AT&T will pay $105 million for unauthorized charges on costumers monthly wireless bills.

The FTC said the charges are mostly from a $9.99 monthly charge from third-party services. AT&T is accused of keeping up to 35 percent of those fees.

The deal is the largest cramming settlement in history, and includes the Federal Communications Commission, the Federal Trade Commission, as well as all 50 states plus the District of Columbia, according to CNN.

You can check on whether you were affected and apply for a refund on the FTC’s website.

If you are still with AT&T you will get a credit on your bill. Customers no longer with AT&T will get a check in the mail.
