(WISH) – Eli Lilly isn’t giving up on an Alzheimer’s drug, and Boeing sales a multi-billion dollar deal to buy Iran.
Eli Lilly announced a further collaboration with Astrazeneca on a second Alzheimer’s compound after giving an autopsy of its own, failed late-stage drug late Thursday.
Boeing completed a deal to sell 80 jetliners to Iran.
The first major agreement between a United States company and the Islamic Republic since the election of Donald Trump, who is a critic of closer links between the countries.
The deal is worth more than $16 billion for Boeing, before discounts.
