Vincennes man accused of murdering his girlfriend requesting change of venue
GIBSON COUNTY, Ind. (WTHI) – A Vincennes man accused of murdering his girlfriend wants his trial moved to another county.
Princeton police arrested Lance Marley on Oct. 22 after the body Lindsey Fleck was found.
Officials report they were responding to a call about a domestic disturbance. Fleck was found with stab wounds to her chest.
Attorneys for Marley filed a change of venue motion to move the trial out of Gibson County. The judge set hearing dates of Dec. 20 and Jan. 18 to monitor the progress of this case.
