It’s “delicioso!” Grab a great meal and support a great cause at Delicia in Indianapolis! Here’s how it works:

Give Back Tuesdays:

Dec. – Children’s Bureau
Provide a full array of community-based prevention and intervention services and work in partnership with the Department of Child Services and other community organizations statewide
Provide child and family social services in 47 counties throughout Indiana to more than 46,000 children annually
Take children to school and have set up programs with schools to pick up kids that may not be in the same county


Jan. – Dayspring Center
Developed into an agency that effectively works to combat and prevent homelessness with comprehensive programming
Wellspring Transitional Housing to assist former Dayspring residents
Follow-up Case Management (FCM) program

Feb. – School On Wheels
After-school tutors provide one-on-one homework assistance to school-aged children experiencing homelessness in Indianapolis
Tutors in Action is an academic intervention program that provides one-on-one tutoring to children experiencing homelessness throughout Indianapolis
Supports both youth experiencing homelessness and those students who are considered “hidden homeless”

Tuna, avocado, red onions, cilantro, canchitas, leche de tigre

Leche de Tigre

  • 1 qt Fresh Lime Juice
  • ¼ cup Onions
  • ½ cup Celery
  • ½ bun Cilantro
  • 5 oz Fish Scraps

In a large bowl mix all the ingredients and let it rest for about 2 hours, add salt and pepper to taste.

Tequila cured salmon, onions, peppers, fried capers, cilantro, dill-mustard aioli, salt and pepper to taste

Tequila cured Salmon

  • 1ea Salmon
  • 1qt Tequila
  • 4 cups Salt
  • 4 cups Sugar
  • 2 ea Lemon peels

Dill-Mustard Aioli

  • 2 tbs dill
  • 4 tbs yellow mustard
  • 1 qt mayo
  • 4 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 ea roasted jalapeno
  • 3 tbs cilantro

Put all the ingredients in the blender and puree add salt and pepper to taste.
