Officer involved in accident on southeast side
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — An Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officer was involved in a crash on the southeast side Saturday.
Authorities said it happened on the intersection of Southeastern Avenue and South Franklin Road.
The officer was later transported to IU Health Methodist Hospital for non serious injuries.
There has been no word on if the other driver sustained any injuries.
