Gathering at your house for Easter? Or Mother’s Day, or any spring get-together? Treat your friends and family to these light and refreshing cocktails made with Cardinal Spirits – they are easy to make at home and don’t require a million ingredients. Think: Spring in a glass!

Co-Founder Adam Quirk says, “Some of our favorite spirits to use in cocktails this time of year are Flora, liqueur made with flowers and raspberries, and Bramble, a vodka made with black raspberries and hibiscus. Both are so flavorful on their own, you don’t need to add much more to them to make amazing cocktails!”

Cardinal Spirits is the craft distillery and cocktail bar in Bloomington known for its award-winning, highly-rated vodkas, rums, gins and botanical liqueurs.BRAMBLE MULEMakes 1 cocktail

1.5 ounces Cardinal Spirits Bramble

1/2 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice

Ginger beer, to taste

Lime wedge, for garnish

Add Bramble and lime juice to a copper mug, then fill with ice. Fill with ginger beer and garnish with lime wedge.

Notes about Bramble: We infuse our award-winning Vodka with loads of black raspberries – one of the few fruits native to Indiana. As they steep, they release their lush, fruity flavor and beautiful color. We add dried hibiscus and agave nectar for good company. 92 points/Best Buy from Wine Enthusiast.FLORA SPRITZERMakes 1 cocktail
