What you say to yourself about yourself has a huge impact on how you feel! Your body listens to everything your mind thinks, and if it’s negative, you’re going to feel it throughout your entire body. You’ll feel stressed, fatigued, in a bad mood, even achy & weighed down.

So I challenge you this week, not to say one negative thing about yourself in your mind. If you wouldn’t say it to your best friend, don’t think it about yourself. Okay, so the most effective way to stop a bad habit is to insert a good one for an even exchange. So right now, get out a marker, take whatever one phrase it is that you say to yourself that’s negative and turn it into a positive. It takes 2 seconds! It could be: I’m powerful, smart, strong, I have energy, I’m a go-getter, I’m punctual, I will lose weight. Whatever it is for you – write that on your bathroom mirror. Where you can always see it during that most important first hour of the day. Repeat it over an over – it doesn’t matter if you believe it. All that matters is that you think it, because you will start to become what your mind thinks, and it starts a ripple effect in your actions. It sounds crazy but it works! You’ll start to feel better, when you think better. That’s a powerful tool for success.
