IMS, Arts Council hosting race art event Tuesday
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The 101st Indianapolis 500 is right around the corner.
On Tuesday evening, track officials and the Arts Council of Indianapolis are launching a project to welcome race fans and get you fired up.
Shannon Linker with the Arts Council joined 24-Hour News 8 at Noon on Tuesday to talk about the event.
