Several central Indiana counties under a severe thunderstorm watch

BARTHOLOMEW COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) – A number of central Indiana counties are under a severe thunderstorm watch until 2 a.m.

Those counties include: Bartholomew, Brown, Decatur, Jackson, Jennings, Lawrence and Monroe.

Throughout Friday evening, a number of thunderstorm watches and warnings were issued, including several tornado warnings.

Bartholomew County seemed to get hit especially hard. According to Bartholomew County officials, the east side of the county was hit especially, with high winds and hail.
