Lawrence police investigating stabbing
LAWRENCE, Ind. (WISH) – In Lawrence, police arrested after they say she stabbed a man and accidentally stabbed a juvenile in an early Tuesday morning fight.
The incident happened at a home in the 8100 block of Louisville Way.
Police say officers found Jamie Griffin holding a knife and a man holding her hands from behind when they arrived at the home.
It is unclear what they were arguing about. But police say both the Griffin and the man had been drinking.
The man has a protective order against Griffin, so he she was taken into custody.
She is facing preliminary charges for domestic battery and invasion of privacy.
