IMPD Chief addresses community following officer-involved shooting
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — IMPD Chief Bryan Roach took the time out to address the community in the wake of an officer-involved shooting in June.
Roach addressed various amounts of the department’s policies in training.
45-year-old Aaron Bailey was shot and killed by police June 29 following a traffic stop.
