Cheese sculpture unveiled at 2017 Indiana State Fair
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – This year’s cheese sculpture was unveiled at the 2017 Indiana State Fair Friday afternoon.
Sarah Kauffman, known as the “cheese lady,” created the sculpture.
It’s made out of 1,500 pounds of cheese. Kauffman, the artist behind the work of cheese, has been working on it since the fair started.
