Crews investigating possible chemical spill at Fishers YMCA
FISHERS, Ind. (WISH) – Seven people were checked out after a possible chemical spill at a Fishers YMCA.
According to the Fishers Fire Department, crews are currently on scene investigating at the YMCA on 126th Street.
The building was quickly evacuated.
The patients had complaints of burning eyes and coughing.
The leak has since been stopped. It’s believed that the chemical is related to the pool.
Investigators are still working to verify the chemical.
