Former Equifax CEO to testify before Congress Tuesday

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Equifax’s former CEO will testify before Congress Tuesday.

Richard Smith will answer questions about the hack including why he waited three before telling the company’s board.

Meanwhile, CNBC reports another two and a half million people may have been impacted by the breach, bringing the estimate to 145 million.
