Organization working to provide care for homeless pets
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – An organization is making sure the pets whose owners are homeless have the care and attention they need.
Susan Hobbs and Angela Hopson from Street Outreach and Animal Response (SOAR), stopped by WISH-TV to discuss the organization.
Additonally, they talk about how the organization got its start, and why Hopson is so passionate about helping the homeless community.
