Verdict against Johnson & Johnson thrown out
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Another verdict against Johnson & Johnson has been thrown out.
This one also involves the company’s responsibility for its talcum powder causing ovarian cancer.
The Los Angeles judge said the trial was underpinned by errors and insufficient evidence on both sides, cluminating in excessive damages.
