Preview of the Irvington Halloween Festival
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – For more than 70 years now an Indianapolis neighborhood has followed the tradition of putting on a Halloween festival.
Nancy Tindall-Sponsell stopped by Daybreak to discuss this year’s Irvington Halloween Festival.
The event, which is organized by the historic Irvington Community Council, has different events every day throughout its run. Some of the events include costume parties, a blood drive and fun runs.
