Halloween special: how to make Firefighter Tim’s “FeetLoaf”
It’s not a Meatloaf… it’s a “FeetLoaf!”….. and he’s not Firefighter Tim, he’s Superman!

Jack-o-Lantern Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients:
- 6 bell peppers
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ lb ground Italian beef
- 16 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 onion
- Garlic powder to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cajun seasoning to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Shredded cheese
Brown the ground beef and drain. Combine all ingredients except the bell peppers. Clean out the peppers and carve into jack-o-lanterns. Stuff the peppers with the ingredient mixture. Cook 45 minutes at 350 degrees, or until pepper are soft. Have a spooooky supper!FeetLoaf
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 lb sausage
- ¾ cup bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup BBQ sauce
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Onion and/or celery
- Ketchup to taste
Mix all ingredients together. Shape into feet. Use onion and/or celery to cut toe nails and press onto toes and as ankle bones. Garnish with ketchup. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
