How to achieve this look for Day of the Dead

She’s a professional face painter and adores adding joy to any child’s day. Meet Adrienne Maynard, Owner/Artist, Fabulously Fun Company.

On today’s Halloween episode, she shows us how to paint a “Day of the Dead” Sugar Skull on someone, giving a dramatic and gorgeous look, all while honoring All Souls Day, which is Nov. 2.

About Adrienne: (as told by her)

I am a graduate of Herron School of Art.  I’ve been face painting for 18 years. I consider each child/person my canvas and try to make each painting really special.  I paint lots more kids than adults but I love that more and more adults want to get painted now.  When painting children, I try to make each child feel really special.  I engage them in conversations and let them know how smart and beautiful they are. That’s a personal goal of mine is to build up each child that I paint.  The coolest thing ever is when they see their face in the mirror when I am done painting.

I do lots of corporate events and I try to make everything perfect for my clients. We also do airbrushed tattoos and can provide balloon twisters, magicians and supply names of quality bounce house companies. I only supply the very best entertainers. Quality and customer service are extremely important to me.

I entertain at all sorts of parties/events.  I can do large corporate events, grand openings, birthday parties and local festivals.

I am also at 2 local restaurants on a regular basis for Family Night.  Perkins Restaurant and Bakery at Hamilton Town Center on Tuesday’s from 5-8pm and Chick-fil-a Westfield on Tuesday’s from 5-8pm. I share these with Jane Summitt with Fun with Frannie.  She is a fabulous face painter.  We alternate locations.

I also do Jim Dandy Restaurants several times a year for their Kid’s Nights.
