Former Marion Co. prosecutor discusses Aaron Bailey decision
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A special prosecutor appointed by the court decided not to file criminal charges against officers Carlton Howard and Michal Dinnsen in the deadly shooting of Aaron Bailey. It happened in June.
Carl Brizzi, a former Marion County prosecutor, stopped by Daybreak to discuss the decision.
He discussed a number of issues related to the case, including what jumped out to him about the decision and why it didn’t go to a grand jury.
